Greeting Dancers: 
Upcoming events for the 1st week of August include Reno's BLSDC's monthly dance Saturday August 6th at Sports West Atheltic Club, 1575 S. Virginia Street, Reno.  BLSDC's offer an intermediate WCS group lesson from 7:00-8:00 PM.  Their monthly club dance follows the group lesson from 8:00-10:30 PM.  Come out and enjoy an evening of dancing in Reno.

Future events worth mentioning, HSSDC Picnic August 20th at Mills Park and Michelle Kinkaid August 27th at the Brewery Arts Center, both in Carson City. 

Other dance events are: 
Weekly:  Adam and Tiffany Hopkins offers dancing through the week at Yaple's Dance Studio, 315 N. Carson Street.  This week they are offering  Belly Dancing and Night Club 2 Step Tuesday night, Salsa Wednesday night, WCS on Friday night, Ballroom on Saturday night and dancing with Earl on Sunday afternoon.  Come and enjoy the new dance floor at Yaple's Studio.  Each dance they offer beginner and/or intermediate lessons with a social dance afterwards.

Tuesday night at El Charros Mexican Restaurant,  HSSDC's dance night out.  Tim Renner teaches a group WCS lesson every Tuesday  from 5:45 - 6:45 PM.  Open dancing is from 6:45 until 9:00 PM.  Thanks to Steve Wood for putting together fantastic play lists.  Come out and enjoy the evening 

Zumba on Wednesday evening at 5:10 PM and Saturday morning at 9:00 AM at Yaple's Dance Studio.  
Reno events: 

Wednesday night  Never Enough Ballroom, 780 Smithridge Drive, Reno.  Main venue is West Coast Swing with a variety of music to dance NC2 step, Waltz, and Country 2 step.  Dancing is from 8:00-10:00 PM and cost is $4.00 per person.  

Friday night in Reno, Tim Renner teaches West Coast Swing lessons and has a social dance at the Aroma Club, 4001 S. Virginia Street (Old Town Mall).  Beginner lesson is from 7:00-8:00 PM, Intermediate/Advance lesson from 8:00-9:00 PM and a social dance from 9:00-? PM.  The Aroma Club offers food and drinks for your pleasure.
